Polymatech Electronics, India's first semiconductor chip maker, announced on August 5 that it has formally acquired Nisene Technology Group Inc., a U.S. company. The acquisition was made by Artificial Electronics Intelligent Materials Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Polymatech based in Singapore. Execute. Earlier this year, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan's Orbray. Under the agreement, Orbray will supply sapphire ingot growth technology, with installation expected to be completed by March 2025.
